  There is a CVE against the SQLite library on which Microsoft.Data.Sqlite depends. This has been fixed in v11, which will not be released until November; this update requires a non-vulnerable version of the underlying SQLite library.

  Other dependencies had point upgrades to sync with changes since 4.2.
