Building off #58, htmx now has an htmax bundle that includes common plugins, and Giraffe.Htmx provides both the htmx and htmax bundles as local assets. Change "AutoHtmx" to a three-way option - no, standard, and max. Current yes/no values should translate to standard/no on migration.
