The public "Seeking Employment" page should display, for users who have agreed to have their profiles as part of the public display, the following information:

Continent and region
Skills
Remote availability (yes / no)

The page should also "hit 'em in the mouth" by directing them to the No Agenda Show page (specifically not No Agenda Social, since users can authenticate there and see what authenticated users see; we're looking to expand Gitmo Nation, not make every recruiter in the world sign up for No Agenda Social).
