Provide a means whereby authenticated users who have declared themselves to be seeking work can indicate that they are no longer seeking employment. When this transition occurs:

Ask if their employment was a result of their profile on the site
If so, ask them to write a short description of their experience (optional)

Once complete, flip the "seeking employment" flag to "no", which will remove them from the list of people seeking employment.
